Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit aTier 1, western trained, Board Certified DHA licensed Consultant Pathologistfor their client in Dubai which is a new European digital pathology laboratory using the latest cutting edge technological innovation in digital pathology, revolutionizing speed and accuracy within the industry.We are looking for a DHA licensed Consultant Pathologist with a minimum of 12 to 15 years experience in Dubai, preferably having setup or established a pathology lab or chain of pathology labs in Dubai / UAE with solid exposure to the emerging markets.The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years recent experience in a leadership role. This role is for candidates seeking an exciting and challenging role as a Co-founder who would lead the project in UAE and across the emerging markets.You would be the head of the laboratory, represent the company and spearhead its growth across the region, shaping both the strategic and operational direction of the company in consultation with the board of directors.You would be an expert in utilizing and managing digital pathology platforms, including slide scanners, viewing software, and advanced analytical tools, for efficient workflows and accurate diagnoses.Ensuring adherence to medical standards, regulatory protocols, and quality assurance programs within the lab.
Expert in various diagnostic areas, including histopathology, cytopathology, immunohistochemistry, and molecular pathology.
Able to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to service development.
