We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pathologist to join our distinguished healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing diseases through the evaluation of laboratory test results, including blood samples and other bodily fluids. Your expertise will be crucial in driving accurate diagnoses and contributing to effective patient treatment plans.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze laboratory results and prepare comprehensive pathology reports.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and recommend further testing or treatments.
Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and laboratory regulations.
Stay current with advancements in clinical pathology and laboratory medicine.
Provide mentorship and training to laboratory staff and medical students.
Participate in clinical and research initiatives to enhance laboratory services.RequirementsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
Board certification in Clinical Pathology.
Current and valid medical license to practice.
At least 5 years of experience in clinical pathology.
Strong knowledge of laboratory practices and diagnostic processes.
Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with medical teams.
