- Identify target audiences and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content across all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Oversee the creation of visual and written content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engaging with followers, and building a strong online community.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to support marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and promotion across all channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Utilize data to optimize content and strategy, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all social media activity reflects The First Group’s values and enhances our reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our social media presence innovative and competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
