Outsourced role – 1-year renewable contractJob Purpose:
The Data & Insights Analyst (outsourced) is responsible for transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that support evidence-based decision-making at the strategic level. This role involves analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data in a clear and compelling manner to senior leadership, VIPs, and higher-level UAE Government representatives, ensuring that insights directly contribute to organizational strategies and policies. The candidate must fully understand the sensitivity of this position, the UAE Government environment, and maintain a professional, hospitality-oriented attitude when engaging with high-level stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.Conduct advanced data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for senior management and stakeholders.Translate analytical findings into impactful presentations and narratives tailored for non-technical audiences, including VIPs and UAE Government leadership.Provide data-driven recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to define data requirements and ensure timely delivery of insights.Monitor KPIs and performance indicators, highlighting risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.Continuously improve processes and adopt best practices in data analytics and reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).4–7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights reporting.Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.Proven experience in preparing and delivering presentations to senior executives, VIPs, or government officials.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).Awareness of UAE Government protocols, confidentiality, and cultural environment.Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and hospitality-oriented attitude when dealing with high-level representatives.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.Core Competencies:Data storytelling and visualization.Analytical and strategic thinking.Executive-level presentation and communication skills.Professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness.Adaptability and resilience.Stakeholder engagement and collaboration.Work Conditions:Full-time outsourced role.One-year contract with potential renewal subject to performance and client requirements.May require extended working hours to meet critical deadlines.Frequent high-level presentations to VIPs and UAE Government representatives.Occasional local or international travel may be required for presentations and meetings.
