Loan Advisor

• Promote and sell personal loans from top-tier UAE banks
• Identify client financial needs and offer tailored loan solutions
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs
• Keep client records up to date via CRM systems
• Stay up to date on UAE banking regulations & financial trends

• Minimum 1 year of personal loan sales or retail banking experience (UAE or home country)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven record of target achievement in financial sales
• Must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
• CRM software knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of UAE compliance & banking procedures is a bonus
