- Set annual objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Oversee departmental budgeting and ensure operational alignment with strategic priorities.
- Monitor performance and initiate improvements to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Lead the development and enhancement of internal policies, processes, and frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, governance, and industry best practices.
- Direct planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and outreach initiatives.
- Drive innovative campaigns to build community awareness and foster stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee development and delivery of integrated marketing, media, and advertising campaigns.
- Manage media relationships and ensure unified, consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Supervise the creation of publications, reports, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Lead communication initiatives across both traditional and digital channels to support organizational priorities.
- Track departmental performance using data-driven insights and analytics.
- Identify performance gaps and lead corrective actions to achieve continuous improvement.
- Prepare and manage the departments budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and enforce financial compliance.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and professional development efforts within the team.
- Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship, training, and effective leadership.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 1015 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
