- Independently create, manage, and track multi-level project plans using Odoo project management software, including dependencies, timelines, budgets and Gantt charts.
- Rapidly develop and execute project workflows and process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or another flow-charting software to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards project data to support visibility and performance tracking.
- Ensure consistent and proactive follow-up with all team members to drive timely execution and accountability. MUST possess exceptional stakeholder management and task follow-up skills, with a strong ability to track, chase, and close action items to ensure project completion within tight deadlines.
- Apply strong analytical skills to interpret project data, identify trends, and support smart, data-driven decisions.
- Operate in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment, where multiple projects and deliverables are progressing simultaneously.
- Identify risks and roadblocks early and take ownership of resolution paths.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures to streamline and improve project delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and work USA hours regularly, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience on complex projects working with project management tools (managing multi-nested projects and Gantt charts)
- Flow charting tools for developing detailed process flows and diagrams
- Very strong analytical, execution, and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience developing internal processes and procedures is an added advantage.
- Comfortable with working USA hours on an ongoing basis.
- Hands-on lead role in real-time project execution.
