- Design and update incentive policies and programs for private sector establishments in collaboration with the Policy and Research Department.
- Develop incentive strategies to support Emirati workforce participation in line with national directives.
- Establish governance frameworks ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance in program implementation.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with federal and local entities to expand program reach and impact.
- Manage institutional partnership efforts, securing sponsorships for national initiatives.
- Engage with private sector organizations to gather insights and develop tailored programs.
- Monitor policy implementation, evaluate program performance, and recommend improvements.
- Develop and manage awards programs promoting excellence and motivation in the private sector.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance reports to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in strategic planning, policy development, and program evaluation.
- Strong negotiation, partnership management, and institutional relationship-building skills.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and driving results.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Lead impactful initiatives that support UAE's workforce development goals.
