- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across META, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads (Search and Display)
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align activities with movie launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets including banners, videos, and ad copies
- Track campaign performance in real time and recommend optimization strategies
- Support implementation of pixels, event tracking, and conversion tracking across digital channels
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and performance monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure ad creatives meet platform specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media
- Hands-on experience with META Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other paid platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive improvements
- Knowledge of pixels, tracking, and Martech tools (CDPs, CRM, automation platforms) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail
