- Welcome customers warmly and provide expert guidance on luxury watch collections
- Drive in-store sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Maintain high visual merchandising and cleanliness standards throughout the store
- Support the Store Manager in opening/closing duties and handling POS system operations
- Ensure correct pricing, tagging, and promotional compliance to protect store margins
- Assist in inventory counts and participate in store meetings and training sessions
- Provide after-sales service and follow-up to build lasting customer relationships
- Handle returns or customer concerns professionally and promptly
- High school diploma required; bachelor\'s degree preferred
- 4-5 years of experience in retail, specifically in the watch or luxury goods industry
- Strong communication skills and a positive, confident demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage fast-paced store environments
- Professional appearance and commitment to providing outstanding service
- Familiarity with retail systems and a proactive approach to learning in-store processes
