Key Responsibilities:Partner Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on business goals, expectations, and performance metrics. Be the primary point of contact for partners and resolve any issues or concerns.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the partner ecosystem. Work with partners to co-develop business plans, jointly explore new markets, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.Revenue & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth through partners, ensuring that business targets are met. Work with partners to create joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and enable them to expand their sales capabilities.Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the right tools, training, resources, and support to help them sell effectively and achieve sales targets. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and drive partner-led revenue.Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and execute strategic initiatives with partners. Establish clear goals, track progress, and adjust strategies based on performance data.Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends, partner needs, and opportunities for growth. Leverage insights to guide partner engagement and strategic decision-making.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, product, sales, and operations teams to ensure that partner programs are aligned with business objectives and effectively executed.Partner Program Management: Develop, implement, and optimize partner programs designed to drive partner performance. Measure program success through KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Lead contract negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies and objectives. Ensure compliance with all partner-related agreements, guidelines, and industry regulations.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics for partner accounts, including revenue generation, pipeline growth, and partner satisfaction. Provide regular updates to leadership on partner performance and business outcomes.Partner Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create joint marketing campaigns, co-branded materials, and initiatives that drive awareness and lead generation. Support partners with go-to-market materials and help drive demand generation.Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address any challenges or conflicts that arise in the partner relationship, working quickly to find solutions that benefit both parties.Requirements:Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales within a B2B environment.Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships and managing strategic business relationships.Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen:Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that align with overall company objectives. Deep understanding of business operations, market trends, and competitive landscape.Sales & Negotiation Skills:Strong sales skills with experience in managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Ability to navigate complex partner negotiations and manage expectations effectively.Collaboration Skills:Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Analytical & Reporting Skills:Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance, track key metrics, and generate insights that drive decision-making. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools.Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present business cases, proposals, and strategies clearly to both partners and internal teams.Leadership:Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others, both internally and externally. Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the [specific industry or vertical relevant to the companys products or services, e.g., SaaS, IT, Cloud Computing].Familiarity with partner ecosystem tools and platforms.Experience managing both resellers and strategic alliances in a technology-focused business.Expertise in partner ecosystem development and scaling partnership programs.Knowledge of marketing automation and demand generation techniques for partners.Working Conditions:Full-time position, with some travel required to meet with partners, attend conferences, or conduct training sessions.Remote or hybrid work arrangements may be available based on company policy.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.Compensation:
