If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio ManagementManage liquid crypto asset positions across multiple exchanges and DeFi protocolsExecute trading strategies in line with fund objectives and risk parametersMonitor portfolio performance, liquidity, and risk exposure on a real-time basisImplement hedging strategies and risk management protocolsInvestment Analysis & StrategyConduct comprehensive analysis of crypto projects, tokenomics, and market dynamicsIdentify and evaluate the best investment opportunities across Layer 2 scaling solutions, DeFi protocols, DEXs, yield farming, DeFAI, SocialFi, and RWA tokenization by assessing technical infrastructure, adoption metrics, TVL growth, token utility, governance mechanisms, and competitive positioningAnalyze macro and micro trends affecting crypto marketsRisk ManagementImplement and monitor risk management frameworks for liquid positionsEnsure compliance with fund guidelines and regulatory requirementsManage position sizing, stop-loss protocols, and exposure limitsConduct stress testing and scenario analysisResearch & ReportingProduce detailed investment reports and market analysisUtilize on-chain data and analytics tools to inform investment decisionsPresent investment ideas and portfolio updates to senior managementMaintain comprehensive documentation of investment rationale and performanceOperations & ComplianceCollaborate with the operations team on trade settlement and reconciliationPrepare and review NAV statements and ensure accurate portfolio valuationComplete monthly compliance reporting and regulatory filingsSupport fundraising activities and investor relations as neededMaintain relationships with exchanges, prime brokers, and service providers6–8 years of overall experience in investment management, trading, or financial marketsMinimum 3 years of experience in crypto fund management, treasury management, or crypto tradingProven track record of managing liquid crypto portfoliosExperience with crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, and institutional trading platformsBackground in traditional finance (hedge funds, asset management) is advantageous
