- Deliver professional, friendly home planning services for furniture and furnishings, guiding customers through tailored solutions for their homes or small businesses.
- Meet individual sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, while regularly updating management with KPI reports.
- Coordinate orders with in-store logistics to ensure smooth delivery and assembly processes, minimizing disruptions and maintaining stock availability.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to resolve any issues quickly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, customer service, and logistics to ensure excellent communication and seamless customer experiences.
- Manage scheduling of customer appointments, deliveries, and assemblies to optimize workload and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and product availability, advising customers accordingly and recommending alternatives when needed.
- Assist in business planning and budget preparation for the kitchen department, including workforce scheduling and resource management.
- Lead or support training initiatives for staff on relevant design systems and product knowledge, ensuring team competence and development.
- Promote cost-conscious working practices and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written), with Arabic preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales targets and KPIs.
- Good knowledge of home furnishing products, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.
- Experience using design and planning tools or willingness to learn relevant systems (e.g., IHP 2, NAVISION).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support staff development.
