- Prepare mood board, inspiration images and design brief for new concepts
- Collaborate with the MAFR stakeholders to understand interior design specifications and requirements
- Monitor interior design development to ensure that requirements mentioned in the interior design brief are adhered to
- Manage delivery of interior design project from concept, sketches to approvals
- Manage projects within allotted budgets using material in a cost effective and time efficient manner
- Manage and direct outside consultants to ensure that designs are in line with the required standards
- Monitor the execution of the project details on site to control quality and maximize time efficiency
- Review technical drawings to ensure design consistency and ensure all documents are as per the company policies
- Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, guidelines and quality standards
- Development in-house of some concepts in 3D and produce drawings
- Work closely with internal project stakeholders including - Marketing, Graphic Design, Product design teams, Content Partners, Brand Management and Business Development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
- 8+ years in Interior Design for retail environment
- Proficient with CAD, Sketch UP, Vray, 3D rendering, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on, ability to convey design ideas and concepts quickly to leadership and business partners
- In-depth knowledge of the Global Marketplace with an understanding of the competitive market, consumers, tech and retail trends
- Proficient knowledge of Architectural Drawing details, and construction costs, means and methods
