- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies.
- Proven experience in customizing ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
- Certified Application Developer / Implementation Specialist (desired)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and later transition to on-site collaboration.
