- To manage the overall portfolio and its activities and ensure that resources are available and channeled to produce the planned deliverables on time and within the approved budget.
- To meet with the Project stakeholders in order to discuss matters related to the Projects and provide them with necessary suggestions & recommendations.
- Ensure proper handover of the project to the respective unit on the successful completion of the projects.
- To ensure all the projects are carried out in a cost effective manner by complying with the approved budget and providing high customer service to bank staff
- To ensure necessary training and development initiatives are taken across the unit.
- To provide adequate support, guidance & motivation to the team members in order to ensure the achievement of assigned projects.
- Review team performance and deliverables in line with the approved KPI’s to ensure meeting desired objectives.
