Key Responsibilities:Handle all inbound tour operations, including planning and executing itineraries for FITs and group toursRespond to inbound queries, prepare quotations, and customize packages as per client needsCoordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity organizersMaintain strong relations with B2B travel partners and walk-in B2C clientsEnsure smooth operations from arrival to departure, maintaining top-notch customer experience
