• Provides personal banking services instant money transfer, debit cards, current accounts, kids accounts and savings accounts.
• Has been recognized as the first Islamic Bank Globally, and officially licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE.
• Established a year ago, with +200 employees. Headquarted in Ajman.

• After successful 2024, looking for Customer Experience Manager to join the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to promote collaboration and a consistent, customer-focused approach across departments.
• Support the design and implementation of customer experience programs, while working with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and data to help improve and align services with customer expectations.

• Must have relevant background in Customer Experience or Events Management ideally in finance or banking industry.
• Knowledge in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights.
• Must have a customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, including attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, drive collaboration across teams, and contribute a positive organizational culture.
• Can speak fluent English and Arabic.
