Responsibilities:Operations Management: Carries out detailed technical audits of all building services including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil, ELV systems, Civil & infrastructure systems etc. and provides report with recommendations for improvement.Provides technical input as necessaryAssists in delivery of technical projects such as major / minor rectification works.Delivers technical information to department personnel with accuracy and within given time constraintsAttends meetings and gets involved with site supervision staff and field engineersTechnical Services Management: Monitors the statutory testing of services, such as fire alarms, generators, and other life safety systems.Monitors and audits contracts for air conditioning, cleaning and hygiene, fire alarm maintenance, generators, and UPS systems, BMS, utilities and all other technical services.Operates equipment requirements analysis.Monitors and audits outsourced service providers.Reviews relevant environmental matters.Writes brief documents and specifications on all technical matters.Authorises works from a technical feasibility perspectiveCoordination: Compiles asset registers, where appropriate and development with outsourced consultants of life cycle information to predict future capital expenditure.Coordinates with all Facilities Management and Community Management staff in order to audit service providers effectively and accuratelyCustomer Services: Ensures Client’s customers are provided with a comfortable environment Required SkillsGraduation in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering (Must)5 years’ experience in facilities management. (Must)Good understanding of MEP services with high-rise buildings (Must)Good knowledge of UAE & Dubai regulatory requirements (Desired)Good knowledge on OHSAS 18001 Health & Safety system requirements (Desired)UAE Driving license – (Must)Excellent Technical skills in MS office and other common software packages.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writingGood organizational skills and forward planning ability.Ability to resolve problems under pressure and be decisive keeping Emaar’s interest in mind.Flexibility and adaptability to execute the needs of the business.Self-motivated and team player.Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.Ability to provide coaching, feedback and on the job training when needed.Ability to utilize available resources effectively
