As an IT Field Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical support across our retail outlets, offices, and factory locations. You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, network cabling, and CCTV systems. You will also deliver end-user support for both Windows and Mac environments, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime across all sites.What You'll Do:Install and configure network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points, as well as perform structured cabling and termination.
Conduct routine site visits to monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS, including OS configuration, application errors, system performance, and hardware compatibility.
Support store systems including:
POS (Point of Sale) terminals
Internet and network connectivity
Printers and cash drawers
CCTV systems
Collaborate with network administrators, help desk, and project teams for prompt issue resolution.
Manage support tickets via platforms such as Spiceworks (Requests, Problems, Incidents) and Jira (Tasks and Projects).
Deliver timely, professional technical resolutions, escalating unresolved issues when required.
Provide IT support during store openings, closings, and shift transitions to ensure business continuity.
Travel to branch offices, factories, and retail locations for installation, maintenance, or emergency support.What We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred certifications: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert).
Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments, including OS, network, and application troubleshooting.
Familiarity with networking, structured cabling, CCTV systems, and retail IT infrastructure.
Experience using ticketing systems such as Spiceworks and Jira.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
UAE Driving License - Required.
Flexibility to travel and support multiple sites across the region.
