- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and codes.
- Supervise structural works such as interchange, tunnels, culverts, retaining walls, manholes, and ducts
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
- Review and approve contractor submittals, including materials, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Identify and report any potential issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Review and approve contractor invoices and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other project team members, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Attend project meetings and provide input on construction-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including daily reports, photos, and correspondence.
- Relevant technical qualification in related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction inspection on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software.
- MUST HAVE Experience in supervising structural works such as interchange, tunnels, culverts, retaining walls, manholes, and ducts).
- MUST HAVE experience working with supervision consultants
- MUST HAVE full and complete knowledge of existing infrastructure networks in the emirates of Dubai
- Valid driver's license (Preferred)
