JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for all Security Systems operation, maintenance work execution, testing, and hand-over to Clients. Ensure that all required infra-structure needs are available/ready and this cover: Networking, CCTV, ACS, IDS and power requirements to ensure smooth operations of all systems on site.Key Results Areas (KRAs) / ResponsibilitiesFault Monitoring & Resolution: Monitor fault logs, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and report findings.Stakeholder Coordination: Work with clients, IT, and other teams to resolve faults and ensure proper system functioning.System Maintenance: Maintain firmware, security patches, and configurations for optimized performance.Records & Reporting: Keep detailed records of faults, PPMs, and Callouts.Security Management: Ensure network security measures are implemented and maintain security systems and user protocols.Training & Enhancements: Advise clients on system upgrades and provide refresher training as needed.Operational Oversight: Monitor system performance, handle routine operations, and supervise technicians during implementation and repairs.Education:

Required: Bachelor's in electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or IT with a Physics background.
Certifications: Cisco CCNA, CCNP, BCNE, CCTV (Milestone, Genetec, Axis), ACS (LENEL, KERISYS, PAXTON), Biometrics, Barriers, Bollards, Road blockers, Spike bumps, ANPR, video analytics.

Work Experience:

Required: 3 years of experience in security systems across total or turn-around projects.
