What you will doThe Project Coordinator will be directly reporting to the Director - OpenBlue Delivery for the Middle East region.You will be based in Dubai and directly interacting with our customers daily, improving the customer experience and driving continuous improvements in operation excellence. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your administrator capabilities to deliver in a multicultural environment.How you will do itCoordinate and manage digital projects from initiation to completionCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development & EngineeringTrack project timelines, deliverables, and budgetsCommunicate project status and updates to stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesMaintain project documentation and reportsEnsure projects meet quality standards and business goalsSupport the implementation of project management tools and best practicesFacilitate meetings and project reviewsAssist in resource planning and allocationAll other duties as assigned.What we look forRequired3-5 year of work experience in similar field.Excellent communication skillsStrong MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordStrong planning and prioritization skills with a structured approach to work.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Clear communicator with a professional manner, both with colleagues and customers.#LI-Hybrid
