Responsibilities:Contract & Commercial ManagementDraft, review, and manage FM contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements.Ensure compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, and KPIs.Monitor contract performance, variations, claims, and amendments.Support in dispute resolution and risk management.Tendering & BiddingAssist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and tender submissions.Conduct cost analysis, pricing, and value engineering for FM contracts.Review client RFPs and ensure alignment with company capabilities and commercial strategy.Financial & Commercial AnalysisMonitor project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.Conduct commercial evaluations for new projects and ongoing contracts.Prepare reports on profitability, revenue, risks, and compliance.Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters.Negotiate contract terms and pricing to safeguard company interests.Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams (operations, procurement, finance).Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.Support audits, commercial reviews, and governance requirements.Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.5–8 years of commercial/contracts experience, preferably in facility management or construction.Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and FM industry practices.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/contract management systems.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
