- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, understanding customer needs and ensuring a positive experience.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets using creative sales techniques while keeping the customer at the center of all interactions.
- Apply in-depth product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell merchandise effectively.
- Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and well-stocked displays.
- Follow all store security procedures to minimize stock loss.
- Use advanced selling skills to generate high-value transactions and encourage repeat business.
- Recommend or locate merchandise in other Majid Al Futtaim brands or stores when items are unavailable in-store.
- High school certificate.
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
