About the CompanyOur client is a leading and well-established infrastructure contractor based in Dubai, who work on roadworks, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects across the UAE. Known for delivering high-quality, large-scale public and private sector projects, our client has built a reputation for excellence and reliability.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control for infrastructure and road projects.Key Responsibilities

Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and cost plans.
Conduct quantity take-offs, material estimates, and cost forecasts.
Evaluate contractor and subcontractor payments and claims.
Support contract negotiations and manage contractual documentation.
Provide accurate monthly cost reports and cash flow projections.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Assist in the preparation of tenders and procurement documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost control procedures, and BOQ preparation.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as Candy, CostX, or similar.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional project team.
