Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 12+ years of expertise to lead and oversee large-scale architectural projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the architectural vision, managing the design process, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality, and sustainable designs. You will lead teams, collaborate with clients, and coordinate with contractors to ensure the successful completion of complex projects.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through to completion.
Develop creative, sustainable, and technically sound design solutions.
Provide strategic direction and mentoring to junior and mid-level architects.
Manage client relationships and communicate design concepts effectively.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
12+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Knowledge of local regulations and construction practices in Dubai/UAE.
