- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all finishing activities on construction sites.
- Ensure that all works are executed according to approved architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and foremen to manage day-to-day site operations.
- Monitor project schedules and progress, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with design, materials, and workmanship standards.
- Identify and resolve any technical or site issues related to finishing activities.
- Ensure availability of required materials and tools to avoid delays.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on progress, delays, manpower, and materials.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on finishing details.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
- Assist in cost control and ensure finishing works stay within allocated budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations on construction sites.
