UX UI designer

• Collect and validate user requirements with the help of product and business leadership to develop outstanding design concepts.
• Create deliverables at multiple stages of the design cycle, from mockups to detailed designs to style guide updates.
• Be able to create mockups which clearly and unambiguously illustrate how the elements function and look like.
• Be capable of delivering work in an Agile fashion with the short Sprints, which are targeted at delivering a releasable pace of work.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and present drafts and concepts in the form of story boards, sitemaps and process flows before creating detailed designs.
• Support a team of developers by developing guides and asset libraries, which can be used further by the team. Consider components-driven approach to prevent extra development effort.
• Perform UX audit of existing projects to assess the issues and develop a plan of how to improve user experience for the products.
• Require management capabilities to lead and coordinate with UX/ UI Designers and a proven understanding of the core principals of great user experience
• Coordinate the development of these interfaces so that they may cater for mobile, tablet & desktop screen sizes.
