Prepare and follow up on construction schedules and work sequences.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding technical issues.
Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Assist in procurement of mechanical materials and equipment.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reports.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with the design team for modifications.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in mechanical construction projects, preferably high-rise or tower buildings.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with relevant codes and safety standards.
