Resident Engineer - Civil

• Supervise civil construction activities for water transmission systems at Saadiyat and Al Hudayriat Islands.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, design documents, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor site progress and report deviations, proposing corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee quality assurance and testing procedures to meet engineering standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and collaborate with HSE teams to mitigate risks.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the client and project teams.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and technical assessments.
• Manage final inspections and documentation for project handover.
• Support long-term succession planning and competency development within the team.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water transmission pipeline and pumping stations.
• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, particularly in water transmission infrastructure.
• Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex technical documents and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Proven project management capabilities, including supervision of timelines, budgets, and coordination across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead multidisciplinary site teams effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Prior experience with TRANSCO/TAQA transmission is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
