We're on the hunt for a sharp-eyed Income Auditor-someone who can translate revenue data into clear insights and help keep our financial heartbeat steady.The ideal candidate must have their own car for site visits and inter-branch audits.Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily audits of revenue transactions across all outlets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies and investigate variances in income related accounts.
- Reviewing Budget and pre system figures for MTD/last Year previous month and current month
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile income accounts and verify the accuracy of cash receipts, credit card transactions and the other payment methods.
- Preparation and Monitoring Credit card Refund Control report and bank report and submitting it to respective outlets.
- Collaborate with various outlets to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in development and implementation of internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
- Stay up-to date with the accounting standards, tax regulations and industry practices.
- Reconciliation of service charge and Municipality Fees break down.
- Participate in month-end closing procedures and support external audits as needed.
- Maintaining City ledger accounts (Debits and Credits).
- Checking deposit Amount for Events and advance bookings through BEO.
- Own car required for site visits and
inter-branch audits.NOTE: Only candidates who balance the books-and
