SUMMARY OF THE ROLEIn this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Multicolour equipment for assigned customers or locations. You will make regular visits to check the equipment, fix any technical issues, and ensure it works correctly so that products are tinted accurately across the Retail network and Jotun factories.This position reports to the Decorative Segment Manager and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair Multicolour (MC) equipment, following the maintenance plan and resolving technical issues to ensure machines run smoothly and color quality is consistent.
Support retail network growth by installing new machines, training operators, and providing troubleshooting in coordination with the Multicolour Manager.
Handle customer and dealer support, including technical advice, complaint follow-up, and upgrades to improve tinting accuracy and service quality.
Update and maintain MC databases, price lists, and assist with marketing activities / tools in assigned areas or for assigned customers.
Conduct training, product analysis, and software/hardware updates to ensure accurate tinting and on-time product delivery.
Insure the availability of the new concept elements including color chips and related multicolor selling tools.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFERWe are looking for a candidate who:Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical field.

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical equipment.
Experience with tinting/multicolor machines or similar equipment is an advantage

Technical Skills:

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of software/hardware integration for machine operations.
Understanding of colour calibration and paint tinting processes is preferred.

Soft Skills:

Good customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Ability to train customers and colleagues effectively.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Other Requirements:

Having a driving license and a willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical ability to handle equipment installation and maintenance tasks.
Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
