Senior Structural Design Manager - Bridges and Civil Structures Jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Lead and manage the delivery of structural bridge and civil infrastructure designs across concurrent high-profile projects
• Direct quality assurance and technical reviews of design outputs, ensuring alignment with international and regional standards
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and interdisciplinary teams to align design priorities and meet project milestones
• Manage resource allocation and planning for the structures team to ensure efficient execution of design commissions
• Represent Parsons in technical meetings with clients and authorities, providing expert guidance on structural matters
• Develop junior engineers and support team recruitment in collaboration with technical leadership
• Report to the Technical Director on project status, design progress, and team utilization
• Drive the adoption of best practices in structural engineering and digital collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 18 years of structural design experience, including major bridges and infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated success in managing technical teams and delivering structural designs in high-performance environments
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with regional standards, RTA and authority requirements in the UAE or GCC
• Experience with BIM workflows and Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
