- To execute daily warehouse operations (Inbound/ Outbound/ Processing/ Picking/ Put away/ De-canting etc.) and ensure planned dispatch Volume is achieved against daily ordered by meeting all SLA and target throughput daily.
- To ensure resources (Manpower) are deployed as per Budget and utilize effectively and achieve Target Manpower productivity against each activity.
- Learning about the automated Warehouse system -Dematic system (Warehouse management system), Process Flow, material flow and identify optimization opportunity.
- To ensure availability of Consumables for next 07-14 cover day days for smooth operations. In case of any shortages - Estimate requirements and co-ordinate with Concepts / Line managers to purchase /arrange consumables with lead time.
- To check Quality of Consumable (Hanger, LVIS profile check) & ensure required Inventory Management:
- To ensure Skilled Labor Readiness for all key activities of your department to manage PEAK - Ramadan, BTS etc. by doing multi -skilling and cross departmental skilling all key activities (Flat to Hang, put away, Picking, Decanting etc. -as per department)
- To improve inventory accuracy; Improving user accuracy by doing random audit and taking corrective and preventive actions
- To co-ordinate with IT & Maintenance department to ensure all the Systems related to Operations like - IT System, all other Dematic system like - Sorter, Conveyor, High-way etc. are available for smooth Operations
- This role involves leading a team of 30-40 Staff (TL, Floor staff etc.), to maintain inventory levels,
- organize products, and assist in order fulfillment, all while ensuring SLA, daily productivity targets and compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- To focus on continuous process improvement by analyzing the current process, data and take required actions to improve Productivity, throughput, fill rate and reduce overall cost per piece.
- To measure the productivity and performance of all staff regularly - take continuous action to improve performance and manpower productivity
