- Deliver attentive and proactive butler services for principals and their guests, ensuring all requests and routines are fulfilled with precision and discretion.
- Organise and oversee household operations including formal dining service, event set-up, guest arrivals, and daily schedules.
- Maintain immaculately presented common areas, guest rooms, and service spaces in line with exacting standards of cleanliness and order.
- Coordinate and supervise household activities, including liaising with kitchen, cleaning, security, and external service providers.
- Assist with wardrobe management, laundry, packing/unpacking, and personal shopping as required by the principals.
- Plan and manage table settings, décor, and the delivery of food and beverages during formal and informal occasions.
- Anticipate the preferences, routines, and priorities of household members, remaining flexible to changing schedules and ad hoc requests.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of special events, dinners, and seasonal gatherings.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy at all times, representing the household’s values and requirements with utmost professionalism.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a private residence, luxury hotel, or similar high-end hospitality or service setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of etiquette, formal service, household management, and event coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of working both independently and as part of a wider household team.
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills suited to high-profile individuals and VIP guests.
- Professional disposition with a flexible, adaptable approach to daily assignments and priorities.
- Strong understanding of luxury service protocols, guest preferences, and anticipation of client needs.
