- Possess a strong understanding of fabrication techniques, materials, and tools used in facade works.
- Read and interpret facade drawings, shop drawings, and installation details accurately.
- Guide the team based on technical drawings and ensure work is executed as per design requirements.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve daily and project-based targets.
- Allocate tasks effectively and ensure productivity on site or in the fabrication workshop.
- Ensure all works meet the quality standards set by the company and project specifications.
- Strictly adhere to and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
