Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele sales, particularly in the fields of ISO Certification, Corporate Training, or Sustainability Services. This role requires a dynamic communicator who can engage with clients, explain our services, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads from provided databases and online sourcesPromote and sell ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), sustainability consulting, and training programsUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable certification or training solutionsSchedule meetings or demonstrations with senior consultants or sales managersFollow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communicationsMaintain CRM records with accuracy, updating lead status and interactionsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsBuild long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referralsCoordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service deliveryStay updated on industry standards, market trends, and competitor activitiesKey Requirements:Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the ISO certification, training, or sustainability consulting sectorsMinimum 2 years of relevant work experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English; Arabic is a plusStrong persuasion and negotiation skillsWell-versed in CRM software and MS OfficeAbility to handle objections and turn them into opportunitiesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and professionalCurrently based in Dubai or willing to relocateFemale candidates preferred (as per team diversification needs)
