We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused PR Assistant to support our PRO and administrative team in Al Aweer. This is an on-site, full-time role best suited to a well-organised individual who can type and prepare documents quickly, maintain confidentiality, and help keep daily office processes running smoothly.Key Responsibilities
- Draft and type correspondence, reports, memos and other documents with accuracy.
- Support the PRO with routine administrative tasks and follow-up actions.
- Manage basic office paperwork and maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with schedules and communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate record keeping.
- Work with Microsoft Office tools to prepare spreadsheets, word documents and emails as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality in handling personnel and company information.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written work.
- Good organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise tasks.
- Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
