Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Neonatologist to join one of the best hospitals in Saudi Arabia. As a leading healthcare consulting company, we strive to provide the best opportunities for healthcare professionals to advance their careers and make a difference in their communities.As the Neonatology Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and treating neonatal patients in various healthcare facilities across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide the best care for newborns and collaborate on treatment plans. Your expertise in neonatal care will be critical in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions that affect newborns, including respiratory problems, infections, and birth defects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complete physical examinations and assess the overall health of newborns.
  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions and prescribe appropriate medication.
  • Monitor the growth and development of newborns and provide guidance to parents on proper care and nutrition.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients.
  • Provide support and training to junior healthcare staff and participate in educational programs and conferences.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Neonatology Consultant.
  • Current license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in diverse healthcare settings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • The candidate must have received Western training or education
