- Manage daily operations of large-scale infrastructure construction projects in Dubai
- Supervise and lead teams of Assistant Resident Engineers, Inspectors, and Quantity Surveyors
- Ensure construction activities meet health, safety, environmental, quality, and budgetary requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and construction documentation
- Oversee risk management, addressing technical and financial challenges proactively
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting for timely delivery
- Lead communication and coordination with clients, PMCs, contractors, and local authorities
- Ensure compliance with Dubai regulations and permitting processes
- Provide leadership in problem-solving, constructability reviews, and design-build project management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience, with at least 10 years in managerial or technical lead roles on major infrastructure projects in Dubai
- Strong background in health, safety, and environmental management for complex underground and large-scale works
- Proven track record of managing design & build projects in the UAE/GCC
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in project management and construction software tools
- Fluent in English with excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Must be available in UAE for in-person interviews
- Knowledge of Dubai permitting, statutory approvals, and local authority requirements
