Experience working as individual contributor & virtual teams to get

the deliverable out of the door. • Adoption of API and Microservices, Drive External API, Internal API , API Connect and Microservices Adoption PAN Bank

Defines a vision that traverses the technology stack from User-Experience /

Customer-Experience, data-driven strategic analysis and customer insights,cloud provisioning and embedding digitally enabled scalable architecture. •Strong awareness of Open-Source Architecture and Standards • SecurityArchitecture and Standards • Explore new technology in market and abilityto work with quick POC’s. • Recommends right licensing models. • Provide aclear Architecture Road map to the senior management to transformobsolete technology to a robust platform. • Strong organizational, teambuilding and leadership qualities. Senior Stakeholder Management • Createsconceptual architecture documentation based on Banks digital strategy. •Define and implement key strategic technology platforms and solutions forthe future growth and success of the business. • Ability to challenge theTechnology solutions provided by various Vendors and in-house teams topropose an optimal solution. • Ability to create heatmaps and identifyhotspots in the current application landscape and provide solutions to rectify.

Optimize the Technology assets by consolidation of existing applications

and remove redundancies and cost saves. • Experience in Azure cloudservices. • Functional and technology knowledge on major bankingapplications. Domain Knowledge in Banking / Financial Services • Experiencein Integration / API Architecture: JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, Azure cloudmanaged services , AKS, Docker, Open API specification • Accountable forthe appropriateness of technology architecture solutions delivered to thetechnology teams of the bank. • Provide appropriate inputs to the seniormanagement for critical decisions for strategic investment in Technology. •Advice the senior management in latest technology trends in banking likemobility, big data etc and generate use case for the implementation. • Takeinitiatives in implementing source control and release management process.

Guide all the technology teams in stability of applications and platforms by

providing critical inputs on various aspects like performance testing,performance tuning etc • Experience defining functional and non-functionalapplication requirements. Classification: Internal Use • Experience workingwith online commerce and omni-channel retail business practices. •Classification: Internal UseExperience working with an Agile DEVOPS development methodology usingcontinuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. • Crossborder team management experience Knowledge of architecting micro-services applications. • Advanced Vendor Management skills Knowledge ofserver-less architecture and developing applications in this fashion. • CloudCertification is preferred DevOps processes and tools including continuousintegration and deployment.Key Result Areas • Explore & recommend new technologies supportingCloud, On Prem Applications • Conduct architecture awareness sessions withmultiple lines of business tech units. • Present Solution designs and seekapproval in Architecture review boards • Should be strong in solution design.
