- Maintain and update IT asset inventory, covering both hardware and software records.
- Support the entire IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for asset delivery, tagging, and record accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies, software licenses, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in periodic audits and reconciliation of IT assets.
- Monitor and report on asset utilization, movement, and end-of-life status.
- Provide accurate asset data to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain ITAM documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and asset management systems.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle processes and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with vendors and cross-functional teams.
