Job DescriptionOur Client: A leading FMCG company known for its diverse portfolio of products and commitment to excellence.Role Overview: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented UAE Nationals to join our Marketing team as Marketing Assistants / Executives. This role supports the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives through effective coordination, research, and communication. It’s a great opportunity to build a career in marketing while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:As a Marketing Assistant/Executive, you will support day-to-day marketing activities such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining internal documentation. You will assist in content creation by writing basic copies, preparing visuals, and developing presentation materials for campaigns and various communication channels. This role involves coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns, managing logistics, tracking timelines, and ensuring smooth delivery. You will also support website updates, ensuring content is accurate and user-friendly. In addition, you will help manage internal trackers and reports, analyze sales data, and prepare files for review meetings with internal stakeholders and distributors. The role also includes supporting social media activities by scheduling posts and tracking engagement, as well as conducting market research to support planning and decision-making.Must Haves:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome). Previous internship or experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus
  • UAE National with a keen interest in marketing and communications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
