- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, coordinating offers, and onboarding.
- Headhunting & Market Mapping: Engage high-caliber, passive candidates through advanced headhunting techniques.
- Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Drive business development & sales, securing new clients across industries.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders and HR leaders.
- Deliver consultative sales, pitching recruitment solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure best-in-class delivery for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in 360 recruitment, headhunting, or business development within recruitment/B2B services.
- Proven ability to win clients and deliver top talent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
