Although our primary responsibility is to drive sales for the Retail Index portfolio, however, as generalist sales team, we are also responsible for opening commercial discussions for all other verticals led by the specialist sales team.Given the target group are established customers, the best route to market is via consultative selling approach i.e., guide the customers on what & how different NIQ tools can be beneficial against their business priorities.This position is responsible for supporting the account development team of the Global 60 clients group. The key roles of this recruit will be to support the sales team with pre and post sales activities. Additionally, the recruit will need to learn NIQ solutions and support the team in building and maintain client relationships with relevant stakeholders.JOB PURPOSESupport the G60 commercial team in pre and post sales activities.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the commercial team in pipeline management and maintenance, pre and post sales finance processes.Support the team with Power BI analysis, reports and MS Dynamics(CRM) updates.Develop various reports & presentations to showcase analysis on team KPI ‘s for sales.Learn NIQ solutions and create material for sales pitches.Liase with client stakeholders for documentation and payments of invoices.Summarize data in tables, charts, graphs, and presentations.Learn NIQ proprietary tools such as Discover.Manage the client stakeholders along with internal stakeholders for example commercial, customer success, report center, finance, etc.A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUHighly motivated and self-driven, with a proactive approach and a strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.Meticulous attention to detail, with a proven commitment to ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Capable of managing multiple projects/responsibilities at once while prioritizing tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.Resourceful and curious and an eager to learn mindset.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.QualificationsUniversity degree in Business, Marketing & Sales, or related, preferred Postgraduate.Professional experience in customer focused, sales or sales support roles.Knowledge of using Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.Strong analytical mind and excellent mathematical aptitude.Strong and articulate communication & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques and can build strong professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment.Fluent in spoken and written English.Additional InformationFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)Our Benefits
