The ideal candidate should have aminimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems installation,supervision, and coordination in commercial construction or infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage all mechanical site activities such as plumbing,mechanical equipment, mechanical installations in commercial constructionprojectsCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smoothproject execution.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Monitor daily progress and prepare activity reports.Guide and mentor technicians and site workers.Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.Qualifications & Skills15+ years of experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor in commercialconstruction projectsExtensive experience with piping, mechanical systems, installation methods, andsafety standards.Big bonus: Experience in HDPE pipingMust have well-rounded and general MEP knowledge.Ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently.Managed teams of 40-50+Excellent communication and reporting skills.
