- You will oversee the rooms department throughout all phases of the guest journey to ensure all service delivery and operational processes are rooted in guest centricity so that our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You'll also establish and support profitability through expense management and inventory control. Maintaining a high level of awareness in hotel financial goals and implement best practices within the division to maximize capabilities and guest experience.

- Partner with Performance Improvement Manager & Guest Intelligence to operationalize data driven insights and work with Director of Guest Experience in creation of guest experience, intelligence & insights strategy. Supports DC global recognition strategy. Measures success through employee & guest engagement results.
- Collaborate cross-functionality with key departments including Sales & Marketing Revenue Management, Engineering, Finance and People & Culture, to ensure alignment on strategic goals, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- You will bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team, leveraging your previous experience as Director of Rooms.
- Extensive Rooms Division leadership experience within ultra-luxury hotels, with a strong understanding of guest expectations in the Dubai and wider GCC market.
- Proven success in leading large, multicultural teams with empathy, integrity, and a focus on people development and employee engagement.
- A strategic thinker who possesses the flexibility to adjust to an ever-changing market, while being proficient in technology and guided by data.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Any other language is a plus in fostering guest relations in a multicultural setting.
