- Ensuring that all agents adhere to high call quality standards by performing vigorous call monitoring standards.
- Follow-up on closure of breached items and timely escalation of delays to senior management
- Full adherence to control standards framework ensuring transparency of process among business stakeholders.
- Provide support on all risk mitigation related processes.
- Provide support for to other administrative and customer service functions within the unit.
- Act as a team player, take full ownership of managed processes and results, timely escalation of issues and potential breaches in targets with accurate background information and rationale.
- Awareness and adherence to GCCFRP, Global consumer debt collections best practices and complaints policies and adherence to all CPR related to collections and ensure that the team is in line with all regulation by performing day 2 checks.
- Active engagement in ongoing process improvement.
- Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner with tact and sensitivity to audience diversity.
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behaviour from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
- Awareness and adherence to GCCFRP, Global consumer debt collections best practices and complaints policies.
- Safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
