Location: Dubai, UAEJob Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Supervisor to join the team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP/HVAC systems, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of 15+ technicians, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient operations- Plan and oversee Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to maintain operational efficiency- Troubleshoot and maintain MEP systems, with a focus on HVAC- Handle client communications with professionalism and transparency- Prepare technical reports and cost estimations for retrofit projects (desirable)Requirements:- Valid UAE driving license (essential)- Proficiency in MEP systems, particularly HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and shifts- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
